For deliveries to Germany, the shipping costs for Standard Shipping with DHL are €7,90. Shipping is free for orders over €99 (excluding shipping costs and after promo codes are applied).

The minimum order value for any deliveries made to Germany is €20.

Orders delivered via Standard Shipping will usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days after you received the shipment confirmation.

Please note that during high season and the sale, longer delivery times may occur.

As many of our items are dyed, we recommend that you wash our pieces before wearing them for the first time. Please check the individual washing instructions for each item. This does not apply to our rigid or rinsed denim pieces. Please note that rigid denim items require special care.

You have the possibility to return one or more items within 30 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging) either by mail or to Carhartt WIP store near you.

If you wish to return your item(s) in store, please do not register your return online beforehand. Once a return has been registered through our returns portal, it can no longer be completed in store.

Yes, customers in Germany can have their order delivered to a DHL Packstation or to a DHL Parcelshop, if the selected Parcelshop offers this service.

In Germany, we accept the following payment methods: credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX), debit card (MASTERCARD, VISA), Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
We do not accept prepaid debit card payments.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel an order. All items can be returned to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
As soon as we receive the return, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking link that enables you to follow the status of your shipment via the carrier's website. In case you cannot find this e-mail in your inbox, please do not forget to check your spam folder as well. Usually, you should receive your order 2 to 4 days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.
