How to deliver to a DHL Packstation / Parcelshop?

Yes, customers in Germany can have their order delivered to a DHL Packstation or to a DHL Parcelshop, if the selected Parcelshop offers this service.

Before placing your order, please make sure that you have registered for a DHL customer account in order to receive your personal customer number, also called your Postnummer. You also need to install the Post & DHL App on your phone. Delivery to a DHL Packstation

When placing your order, enter your details as follows:

  • Enter your first and last name exactly as shown on your official ID.
  • In the address field, write “Packstation” followed by the three digit number of your chosen Packstation.
  • Enter your personal customer number, also called your Postnummer, in the address addition field.
  • Enter the postcode and city of your chosen Packstation.

You will be notified once your parcel is ready for pickup. To collect it, please bring your phone with the Post & DHL App ready to use.

Delivery to a DHL Parcelshop

You can find a nearby Parcelshop using the DHL Postfinder.

When placing your order, enter your details as follows:

  • Enter your first and last name exactly as shown on your official ID.
  • In the address field, write “Postfiliale” followed by the three digit number of your chosen Parcelshop.
  • Enter your personal customer number, also called your Postnummer, in the address addition field.
  • Enter the postcode and city of your chosen Parcelshop.

You will be notified once your parcel is ready for pickup. To collect it, please bring your phone with the Post & DHL App ready to use, as well as a valid ID.
