You can track your return through our digital returns process.

For customers in Germany, it is possible to return your order within the 30-day return period to a Carhartt WIP store.

Please note that in-store returns are not available for online orders that have already been registered through our returns portal.

Items purchased in a Carhartt WIP store can only be returned to the Carhartt WIP store where they were purchased. Online returns are only available for items purchased through the Carhartt WIP online shop.

You have the possibility to return one or more items within 30 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging) either by mail or to Carhartt WIP store near you.

If you want to return your order to Carhartt WIP store, please follow these instructions.

For digital returns, please use our digital returns process.

If you wish to return your item(s) in store, please do not register your return online beforehand. Once a return has been registered through our returns portal, it can no longer be completed in store.

For orders placed via our App, please go to the "Orders" section in your account to access the return portal.

Your refund will be processed within 12 working days of your package being returned. We will email you to confirm the refund.

If you are experiencing a quality issue with an item, please contact our customer service team and provide:

· Your order number

· Photos clearly showing the defect

· A photo of the inner product label

This information will allow us to assess your request as quickly as possible. Do not submit the return request on the return portal or go to a Carhartt WIP store before confirmation.

You may return discounted items within 30 days of receiving them.

Please note that discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once they have expired or been used. This also applies when placing a new order for a different size of a previously returned item.

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. You can return the unwanted item within 30 days of purchase and place a new order.
