You have the possibility to return one or more items within 30 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging) either by mail or to Carhartt WIP store near you.

For customers in France, it is possible to return your order within the 30-day return period to a Carhartt WIP store.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept returns or faulty items if the products were not purchased from the Carhartt WIP online shop.

Your refund will be processed within 12 working days of your package being returned. We will email you to confirm the refund.

If you are returning an item because of a quality issue, you have 30 days to log your return into our digital returns portal. Please indicate the reason as being due to a defective item. If the problem occurred after 30 days, please contact our customer service.

You may return discounted items within 30 days of receiving them.

Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. You can return the unwanted item within 60 days of purchase and place a new order.
