How do I return products?
You have the possibility to return one or more items within 30 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging) either by mail or to Carhartt WIP store near you.
If you want to return your order to Carhartt WIP store, please follow these instructions.
For digital returns, please use our digital returns process.
For orders placed via our App, please go to the "Orders" section in your account to access the return portal.
To do so:
1. Log in: Open our service portal and enter your email and tracking number.
2. Select product: Choose the product(s) you want to return and select the reason for the return.
3. Please print the packing slip and the return label.
4. Pack: Securely pack the product, include the packing slip inside the package and attach the printed return label visibly to the package.
5. Drop-off: Take the package to the post office or the shipping provider.
Please note the info below when returning:
• Ensure that the items being returned to Carhartt WIP are in a suitable condition and have been properly packed using original packaging.
• Please note that we only cover the postage costs of the first return of a single order. If you wish to return any additional items after this, the postage costs for these will have to be paid by you.
• Once we have received your return(s), we will send you a confirmation of receipt via E-Mail. Until then, please keep your proof of postage.
• Please note that once you have registered your return via our digital returns portal, it is no longer possible to return your order to one of our Carhartt WIP stores.
