For customers in Portugal, it is possible to return your order within the 30-day return period to a Carhartt WIP store.
Read moreUnfortunately, it is not possible to accept returns or faulty items if the products were not purchased from the Carhartt WIP online shop.
You have the possibility to return one or more items within 30 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging) either by mail or to Carhartt WIP store near you.

For orders placed via our App, please go to the "Orders" section in your account to access the return portal.

You may return discounted items within 30 days of receiving them.
Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. You can return the unwanted item within 630 days of purchase and place a new order.
