How do I return products?

You have the possibility to return one or more items within 60 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging).

For orders placed on carhartt-wip.com, please use our digital returns process.

For orders placed via our App, please go to the "Orders" section in your account to access the return portal.

A label return will be generated and will allow you to return the items free of charge.

To do so:

1. Log in: Open our service portal and enter your email and tracking number.

2. Select product: Choose the product(s) you want to return and select the reason for the return.

3. Return label or QR code: You have two options:

a) Print return label: If you have a printer, print the return label and attach it visibly to the package.

b) Use QR code: If you don’t have a printer, save the generated QR code on your phone. Show this QR code to the shipping provider – they can scan it and create a return label directly on-site.

4. Pack: Securely pack the product and, if you’ve printed the return label, attach it visibly to the package.

5. Drop-off: Take the package to the post office or the shipping provider. Either with the return label on the package or the QR code on your phone.

Please note the info below when returning:

• Ensure that the items being returned to Carhartt WIP are in a suitable condition and have been properly packed using original packaging.

• Please note that we only cover the postage costs of the first return of a single order. If you wish to return any additional items after this, the postage costs for these will have to be paid by you.

• Once we have received your return(s), we will send you a confirmation of receipt via E-Mail. Until then, please keep your proof of postage.

• Please note that once you have registered your return via our digital returns portal, it is no longer possible to return your order to one of our Carhartt WIP stores.
