You have the possibility to return one or more items within 60 days provided that the items respect our return conditions (unworn, labeled and in their original packaging).
For orders placed on carhartt-wip.com, please use our digital returns process.
For orders placed via our App, please go to the "Orders" section in your account to access the return portal.
A label return will be generated and will allow you to return the items free of charge.

Please note the info below when returning:
- Ensure that the items being returned to Carhartt WIP are in a suitable condition and have been properly packed using original packaging.
- To return via a UPS Access Point, please visit www.ups.com
- Please note that we only cover the postage costs of the first return of a single order. If you wish to return any additional items after this, the postage costs for these will have to be paid by you.
- Once we have received your return(s), we will send you a confirmation of receipt via E-Mail. Until then, please keep your proof of postage.
