How to use the fabric patch

Small tears and holes can be repaired with our repair kit. You will need an iron and a pair of scissors. Your item should be washed and dried beforehand. The full process is explained step by step in the instructions.

Preheat the iron on high for five minutes with no steam. Lay your garment on a hard and flat surface.

Meanwhile, cut the patch so it extends at least 2 cm beyond the hole or tear, and round off the corners. Remove the paper liner and place the shiny side of the patch against the fabric.

Iron the patch on the fabric side only. If the garment is unlined, place a towel inside it, directly underneath the hole or tear for protection.

Move the iron over the patch edges to set the adhesive (approx. 30 seconds).

Turn the garment inside out and press for about 60 seconds – unless it has a synthetic lining, which can be damaged with high heat.

Let the garment cool completely before wearing. If the patch has not fully adhered, repeat the process.
